Stephen provides administrative services in support the estimating team by securing bid documents, assembling bid forms, coordinating with subcontractors, running bids, tracking opportunities, compiling and analyzing data, and maintaining bid documents. Stephen’s central role is critical to ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of our team’s work acquisition efforts.
In addition to his work with the Preconstruction team, Stephen also takes on vital HR functions. His responsibilities include overseeing compensation, benefits administration, recruitment, and onboarding, as well as performance management.
